The Employer who intends to carry out the tasks of the Prevention and Risk Protection Service (DL) directly must attend a specific training course on safety and health in the workplace, according to the new Agreement State Regions of 21/12/2011. The agreement itself also provides for specific upgrade paths on a five-year basis and lasting according to the level of risk of the company (Low, Medium or High), as indicated in Exhibit II of the State Agreement Regions of 21/12/11.
The first five years since the State Regions Agreement came into force on 21/12/11 will expire on 11/01/2017: by that date all Employers who carry out the tasks of the Prevention and Protection Service trained before it comes into force Regions State Agreement must have completed the upgradepath.
The upgrade course can also be carried out through the FADonline training platform.
